Cancellation Policy

We charge no additional fee for rescheduling appointments. There is a £10 administration fee for appointment cancellations, as long as the customer notifies our business at least 24hrs before the original appointment time. If the customer wishes to cancel their appointment less than 24hrs before the original appointment time, we apply a 50% charge of the original cost of the service. Thank you for understanding.
